A NEW economy version oi successful underbody wash • cv has been developed by Wi4 ham Autowash.

The new Tempest uses ht washing booms set below ro level. Each boom is fitted with angled jets which give a wa. output of 363 litres (80 gallons minute at a pressure of 68$. KN/sqm (100psi).

It starts and stops autom, ically by underfloor inductil loop sensors set at the entran to the wash area. Overidii manual controls and a wat failure safety device are al: fitted.

Purpose-made steel gratin, fitted over the washing boon

are designed to accommoda vehicles up to 32 tons, and water recirculating system also available.
