Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FOUR 0 licence applications to be put before the North Western LA in Manchester soon are to be opposed by the Road Haulage Association.

The applications, all for new licences, are being made by Bellkite Transport Ltd, of Cheetham Hill Road, Cheetham, Manchester, (which is applying for one vehicle in possession and four to be acquired); Gratton's Transport, of Hollins Lane, Middleton, (for one vehicle in possession); CVVL Transporters Co, of Lincoln Flats. Wilbraham Road, Manchester, (for one vehicle and six to be acquired); and A. J. West, 49 Trafford Road, Eccles, (for one vehicle to be acquired).

It is understood that the RHA intends to object to these applications on the grounds that the declared operating centres are private dwelling houses or other private accommodation.
