DRIVING LICENCE REBATES?

WHEN a suitable opportunity occurs. the Minister of Transport is to review the matter of coach and bus drivers who are nearing retirement age but are compelled to pay 15s. for one of the new three-year driving licences which may last for longer than they require.

Mr. F. McLeavy (Soc., Bradford East) raised the matter with the Minister last week, and asked whether pro rata repayments could be made for unexpired portions of public service vehicle driving licences.
