• When Jack Brown, managing direct of Atlas Express Ltd, was travellii between Oxford and London on Wednesd afternoon he received a call on his car rad that a tobacco-laden vehicle had be stolen. The call was received when hp was Beaconsfield; 45 minutes later apprehended the vehicle at Bermondsi with the load still intact. Mr Brown chairman of the RHA security commitl and founder of the vehicle observer con this was the 13th occasion on which he h traced a stolen vehicle.
