PRODUCTION figures for the British Motor Corporation for the year ended July. 25 last were another record.
The total number of vehicles produced was 858,775, exceeding last year's record figure of 748,470 by 14.74 per cent and being 43 per cent more than the preceding vear.
Overseas production, strengthened by a sound home market, rose by 18-5 per cent Over the previous year from a total of 270,033 to 320,181.
