Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

I N addition to several hundred already operating in the State, 75 Leyland Comet 90 oil-engined chassis are to be delivered to Hyderabad Road Transport Department. The chassis, which will be long-wheelbase models, will be shipped in crates for assembly in India, and have special springs so that they may be applied to passenger operation.

Some Leylands have been running in Hyderabad for 20 years. Ten 1933 Lion 32-seat buses with all-metal bodywork are still in service. All but one have covered over 600,000 miles under difficult conditions.
