NCA AT MANSFIELD • National Car Auctions has opened a new site at Mansfield, Nottinghamshire.

National Car Auctions, part of Unigate PLC, purchased the Mansfield auction in September , 1987. Since then 21.3 million 1 has been invested on the 2.4hectare site in offices, auction hall, restaurant and cafeteria, landscaping and car parking for more than 300 vehicles.

A staff of nine is headed by Ken Hill who joined National Car Auctions from Motor Auctions Group, Derby. Mansfield now holds ten sales a month and offers over 300 vehicles for sale every week.

An auction for MoD plant, (NCA Mansfield is an appointed auctioneer for the MoD), heavy and light commercials is held on the second Monday of every month, and an auction of light commercials on the fourth Monday of every month.
