Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

NORFOLK'S lightweight commercial vehicle bodybuilder and airflow management company, Windfoil, of East Dereham, has unveiled its first limited production version of Ford's Concept Cargo. The vehicle was built for Ford of Europe for use as an outside broadcast vehicle by the German television company ADH TV.

The first production vehicle has flush-fitting doors on the offside and there are sealed storage lockers behind the aerodynamic, spray-reducing side skirts. The standard Cargo cab is fully faired into the body as on the original design.

Accommodation in the vehicle is for a TV operations room with access through the two flush-fitting doors and there is a separate rear compartment to carry power cables. The roof has been specially strengthened and fitted with a safety frame for use as a raised camera platform. It also has a rear access ladder.

A Carlyle air-conditioning unit is fitted in the front bulkhead with a breather access through a grille in the cab roof fairing.
