BLACKWOOD HODGE has reorganised its management structure following the appointment of Arthur Richards as chairman and chief executive.
Dick Cameron now takes over responsibility for the Group's European and African activities and Brian Thompson becomes responsible for the Group's activities in the UK, Middle East and Asia.
Frank King, president of the Canadian branch, takes overall responsibility for Canada, reporting to Mr Richards in the UK.
Bert Samek becomes international accounts director responsible for the Group's sales on a world wide basis.
And Ken Scobie is group finance director, responsible for corporate planning, finance, tax and computer services.
