Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• The annual RHA Tipping Convention is fast developing into an "Earls Court Show" for tipper operators. From humble beginnings in 1966, when only one vehicle was on display, there were more than 50 exhibits booked for Buxton this weekend. Next year, when the convention returns to the Norbeck Hotel, Blackpool, the new exhibition hall will house the tipper show but already the convention's secretary, Mr Wm. Farnorth, anticipates that space will be at a premium.

Tipper men at Buxton this year will be able to see almost every available make and type of tipper standing side by side and they also have the opportunity of watching some of the vehicles at work in nearby quarries.
