Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Daniel Contractors is in the process of renewing its 950 vehicles and has added 34 new Fuso Canters and 20 MAN tippers to its fleet. The new 7.5-tonne Canter insulated tippers come complete with onboard weighing, Binotto tipping gear and three-point access steps built into the body. The Warrington-based firm has also taken on MAN 26-tonne 6x4 tippers with Epsilon E120L cranes, as well as MAN 32-tonne 8x4 tippers with Epsilon E125L cranes.

“The fleet renewal is there to bring on more eco vehicles to help improve mpg, reduce CO2, new health and safety enhancements, reduce vehicle down time, as well as more fit for purpose vehicles,” said Paul Boulds, head of transport.
