• Five former employees of a Seddon Atkinson, Renault and Perkins engine dealership which went under in May have set up on their own after three months out of work, and have won the Perkins engine franchise for Herefordshire.
The five set up Phoenix Engine Services after the failure of Praill Motor Group in Hereford. It employed 150 and had a large body repair shop. They have taken on a parts manager and plan to recruit others.
