Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Repercussions of that long strike by the Liverpool busmen earlier in the year are still being felt. The board of Owen Owen, the Merseyside-based department store, says that even after the stoppage had ended bus services were curtailed, shopping habits altered and the trading pattern changed. It reckons that these factors resulted in a cut of no less than £100,000 in its profit for the half-year to July 31. Citing other reasons for a downward trend the board comments that some of the causes will be non-recurring. Let's hope that goes for the travel situation, too.
