• Scania's UK dealer network has been enlarged in a series of business moves announced last week.
Scanlink of Grimsby is opening a depot in Hull. The premises, at Central Orbital Trading Estate, will offer new truck sales and parts and servicing for trucks and PSVs.
Brian Smith is service manager, David Ombler sales executive, and Norman Earl parts manager. Scanlink's new depot number is (0482) 225591.
Derek Jones Commercials of Kettering, Northamptonshire, previously only a parts and service dealer, has been appointed a full Scania distributor. Phillip Norman has joined the company as sales manager.
The firm, which has a first year target of 60 new trucks, is planning to expand its premises at Kettering Road, Islip, Kettering. Telephone: (08012) 2016.
Cameron Motor Services opens its new outlet in Elland Road, Leeds on 8 December. Its existing premises, also in Elland Road, close this month. The new building is on Junction 11 of the M621 and has four drive-through bays, a wash bay and a large parking area. Telephone: (0532) 311411.
