Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

HALLETT SILBERMANN, a member of the Brent Group, has taken delivery of a pair of four-axle trailers from Royal Nooteboom Trailers. Of the four BPW axles on each trailer, the forward pair are rigid and the rear ones self-tracking.

The Nooteboom RB hydraulic suspensions, with their nitrogen gas accummulators, are interconnected to give full axleload equalisation.

The hydraulic system is tapped to give automatic load sensing for the EEC approved brake system and also to provide the centralising force, for the self-tracking rear axles. When reversing, the two rear axles lock in the straight ahead position.

In event of lost pneumatic or electric signals, locking is automatic.

Both trailers feature Nooteboom's Hydroneck gooseneck for raising or lowering the main bed either on the move, or when stationary to alter the ground clearance or headroom. Independent controls also allow for a side-to-side slope on the neck for ease of coupling on uneven ground.

The gooseneck has a 89mm (3.5in) kingpin mounted in a converter box. This is removable so that a single-axle jeepdolly can be used when operating near the vehicle's 80-tonne capacity.

A perimeter-frame construction is used on the lowbed chassis, allowing loads from wheels or tracks of heavy . machinery to be taken by the main side-members.

Optional features include liftup suspensions, removable axle bogies and tag axles.
