A NEW section of the GlasgowInverness A82 trunk road adjoining the village of Ballachulish in the Highlands has been opened.
The Scottish Office says that the new road will improve safety in the village and enhance the attractiveness of the area.
It adds that this new section of road will complete a series of trunk road improvements carried out over a 4-km length of the A82 between Ballachulish Bridge and Glencoe village.
