Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

T'HE new Grimsby depot of McVeigh Transport, Ltd., was officially opened on Tuesday. The site, in Market Street, consists of two main buildings. The administrative block (with underfloor electrical heating and acoustic ceiling), which accommodates the office staff of 28 plus the executives of the company, houses the accounts, invoicing and control office on two storeys.

In the centre of the fully concreted yard is the transit shed, which measures 165 ft. by 100 ft. This portal frame structure rises to a height of 25 ft. It has a hard-wearing concrete floor with grano finish, under a roof of asbestos sheeting and glass.

Along one side of the building is a 30-ft.-wide canopy for the protection of vehicle loads; opposite are situated the refuelling tanks where 4,000 gal, of diesel and 1,000 gal. of petrol arc stored. Facilities inside the shed include canteen and drivers' rest rooms and a time office. Against the perimeter of the side is a vehicle parking Space and washdown pump. The buildings were originally to be erected on the company's old site in Convamore Road. Whilst the office has been in occupation since last April, the depot came into operational use during August.
