Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

WHEN I WROTE to Commercial Motor two weeks ago (13 November) I said Thad also written a letter toTransport Secretary Alistair Darling (right),on the subject of rocketing diesel prices.

I have now received a letter back from the government. although I'm not at all happy with its response. The letter !received was from the Environmental Taxation Development Department and basically said that our fuel prices are among the highest in Europe because our taxes are low, which is a slightly confusing message. They also mentioned the Lorry Road User Charge which is being introduced some time in 2006. Maybe.

The letter was not very detailed and! was disappointed by the lack of information they provided. The writer Ann Little also stated that ministers cannot write back themselves. I have written yet again and Jam hoping to receive a reply soon. I just have to say the amount of information the government gives the public is pathetic!
