WITH ONLY A WEEK or two of 1982 left, I have just discovered that this is the international year of Boalloy. What is more, it has been celebrated by a "dream holiday" competition in which more than 1,000 participants had to place in the correct order various features of Boalloy bodies and write a slogan.
The winner is Brian Eaton, Bass-Charrington's group contracts controller, who with his wife has had to decide whether to dream of a holiday in America, Australia, New Zealand, Japan or Hong Kong. By a curious oversight Burtonon-Trent has been excluded.
