Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

!CARRIER MOTORS has launched a new passenger chassis derived from the Dodge Commando 2 goods vehicle.

The front-engined Dodge Chassis has a 215in wheelbase and is suitable for 39/41 seat buses. The longitudinal frame members have been terminated immediately behind the rear spring hangers. Among the chassis equipment relocated for this passenger chassis version are the radiator header tank, air cleaner and exhaust system. All engine pipework has been rerouted to allow engine removal through the front of the vehicle.

The new Dodge passenger chassis is powered by an intercooled and turbocharged Perkins Dot 4 engine rated to develop 145bhp net. The Dodge Commando 2 bus chassis is plated for 12-ton-bus applications.
