Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

LONDON COUNTRY is increasing its 1983 order for new coaches to help cope with a greater demand for both private hire and stage carriage commuter service vehicles operating under its Green Line brand name.

LCBS is hoping to receive 45 Leyland Tiger coaches by the end of this year. The coaches will be fitted with Duple Dominant IV bodies.

Twenty will be finished to standard Green Line specification, 10 will have reclining seats for the Jetlink service between Heathrow and Gatwick and 15 will have standard seats for private hire operations.

Twelve of the private hire Tigers delivered this year have already been commandeered for increasing commuter service operation from Kent and in some areas LCBS has been unable to meet an increasing demand for private hire.
