Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

A HYDRAULIC SYSTEM capable of loading and tipping two skips on to one 16-ton chassis has been developed by TCB Industrial Supplies of Wheatsheaf Trading Estate, Swinton.

When the vehicle is delivering a stack of empty skips, the hydraulic booms can lift the top skip to the ground without lifting the whole stack to the ground by removing the top skip and then replacing the remainder.

The company claims that the hydraulic booms will eliminate the damage to the skips and to the rear of the vehicle that can occur when lifting odd size skips that will not clear the floor of the vehicle.

The system can also be fitted to six and eight-wheelers as well as to mini skip loaders.

TCB claims that the system can unload all sizes of skips and box containers as well as plant and machinery due to the elimination of the top cross bar.
