AN associate company of E.R.F. Ltd. has been formed in Johannesburg to assemble and market E.R.F. vehicles. In addition to the factory, Grosvenor Consolidated Investments Ltd and the Steel Construction (Pty.) Ltd., both oi Johannesburg, are also shareholders. The directors are Mr. E. P. Foden, Mr. Louis Donnelly (Grosvenor Investments) and Mr. A. Copelyn (The Steel Construction (Pty.) Ltd.). General manager is Mr. Weyland Russell, who is at present on a visit to the works at Sandbach.
