DINHURGH bus crews agreed to Start a one-day strike at midnight yesterday (Thursday) and to repeat this every Friday until the national claim for increased wages and better conditions in the industry is met.
More than 800 of the 2,800 busmen employed by the Corporation decided on Monday by a large majority to take this action. The stoppages are unofficial and have been decided upon against the advice of the busmen's union.
