MR. H. L. Ettis, secretary of the Western National Omnibus Co., Ltd., and the Southern National Omnibus Co., Ltd., has been appointed general manager of both companies from January 1.

CLLR. H. PICKEN, chairman, Exetet Transport Committee, will represent local authorities on the South Western Transport Users' Consultative Committee until July 31, 1962. MR. J. HANCOCK, commercial officer of the Eastern Region of British Railways, has been appointed a member of the London committee until February 28, 1962, and of the Easi Anglian committee until April 30, 1960 MISS OLIVE TURP1N has been appointed an additional member of the Wales anc Monmouthshire committee until July 31, 1962.
