Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

M+E Trailers is better known for producing axles for the past 57 years, but over the past three years has been busy developing its own lightweight trailer range. The latest addition is the

20-Series of flatbed trailers with GVVVs up to 3.5 tonnes, designed for carrying plant. The tandem trailer, imaginatively named MEF35126, has an unladen weight of 640kg and runs on 195/50 R1 3C tyres. County Antrim-based trailer manufacturer McCauleys is fast developing its commercial trailer arm, which currently accounts for 30% of its production (the rest is agricultural trailers). It is aiming

for 40%. It launched the latest version of the Mac Trailer Brick and Block carrier at SED. The 21ft triaxle drawbar trailer with BPW running gear is now available with aluminium body as well as steel. It weighs in at 4.5 tonnes, around 1.4 tonnes less than its steel equivalent. Roger Dyson is marketing its beavertail plant carrier under the Brimec Plant Loader banner and introduced its range at SED by showing the PL160, fitted to a Volvo FM9 300 day cab chassis. The PL160 comes with a 16-tonne design payload. It has double

folding ramps, and a six-tonne adjustable towing bracket. Loading angle is from 5 to 12-and it has a 6.3-tonne hydraulic winch. Lightweight trailer manufacturer Indespension used its first appearance at SED to display its new, lighter AD1600 tandem axle trailer. It weighs more than 300kg less its predecessor, the AD2000. It has a

galvanised steel body with a 4.2x8ft load space. lndespension has made it light enough to fall under the unladen 3.5tonne GIVV limit for vans while still carrying a 1.6-tonne payload.
