Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ONE OF THE few British hauliers still shipping goods to Iraq has increased its security by putting its vehicles in convoys protected by armed escorts.

Sevenoaks, Kent-based Orient Freight is now delivering goods all over Iraq, with loads largely comprising food and medicines for the Americans. Director Saad Hadi says: "It hasn't been too bad for us, fortunately, but we have begun to put

our traffic in convoys of five veincles with security vehicles in front and behind. We are one of the very few British companies taking on the work." The firm does use some British drivers, but most are Bulgarian.

Insurance can also be a problem: "Insurers are covering us at the moment in Iraq, but they periodically withdraw cover, depending on the situation, and then re-instate it," Hadi reports.
