Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

for the arrest of a missing Spanish truck driver after he killed a postman while driving on the wrong side of the road.

Jesus Martinez-Cuetos, who drives for Cantabria-based haulage firm Trans Lino, was charged with causing death by dangerous driving after crashing into the Post Office van being driven by Adrian Nixon, 28, near Liandridod Wells in September 1997. However, he skipped bail.

On 20 May an inquest heard how Nixon had just taken a corner when he collided with Martinez-Cuetos' truck. The impact split the engine of Nixon's van in two, and he was pronounced dead at the scene.

Martinez-Cuetos told the police it was Nixon who had beer on the wrong side of the road— but police accident investigators concluded he was lying.

Chief Inspector Hywel Rees of Dyfed-Powys police says Martinez-Cuetas is thought to be in Brazil.
