Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

The Cornwall-based charity Action Water is appealing for two 17-tonne chassis which it can use as water tankers to help the Kasovar refugees. The charity was set up in 1985 to supply clean water and sanitation facilities to war-torn and famine-stricken communities in the third world. Since 1985 it has converted more than 50 second-hand Leylands and Bedfords into water tankers. Action Water has previously supplied relief vehicles to many countries including India, Sudan, Sierra Leone, Ethiopia and Rwanda— and now the need is closer to home. With every news bulletin revealing new horrors in Kosovo, the crisis for the refugees in the overcrowded camps in the surrounding border areas is worsening by the day. Unless there is a supply of clean water and adequate sanitation, disease will spread rapidly among the people living there, adding to their already dreadful plight. If you can help contact Linda Battersby at Action Water on 01209 715385.
