Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

In reply to H W Ganley's letter CM 13-19 May, I just wonder whether the account has been analysed? If not, several factors should be taken into account,

1. Remove the VAT of 10.23 which leaves £58.52. This figure will include a turnout charge of, say, ,E25 and a mileage charge of 61 pet= per mile not £1.25 as stated. The turn-out charge could easily have included half an hour or one hour of labour at the roadside.

2. Does HW Ganley expect a recovery agent to have a mechanic standing by 24 hours a day for nothing? Also I take it that 11W Ganley

expects the vehicle to be attended to promptly or would a wait of three to four hours be quite adequate? Ian Chambers Chamber's Garage Penri Cumbria.
