• Eaton is to supply its Twin Splitter-based SAMT (Semi Automated Mechanical Transmission) to Hino for fitting in a 388kW (520hp) top-of-therange truck for the Japanese market.
With a Euro-1 multi-wheeler destined for Europe this autumn, Twin Splitter or SAMT could find its way into UK-spec Hinos.
