Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• A director of storage and distribution firm Leggett Freightways has pleaded guilty to conspiring to steal property worth 1250,000.

Leigh Linney, who was based at the company's Enfield depot, has been granted conditional bail and will appear at Luton Crown Court for sentencing on April 11. Robert Woodland, store owner of Hoddesdon-based Raw Trading, also pleaded guilty to the same offence.

A search warrant was executed by police at Flaw Trading's premises in February this year. Following the swoop, further warrants were issued at locations in Nazeing and Hoddesdon. Police recovered retail goods which could have filled three articulated trucks.

Leggett Freightways declined to comment on the matter.
