CM 20 June "0-licence is revoked over drug conviction','we reported traffic commissioner (TC) for Scotland Joan Aitken revoked the licence of Fair City Skip Hire after its owner was convicted of drugs offences. We wish to clarify that because the TC was considering fitness and not repute, other material factors were taken into account in her decision and the convictions did not lead directly to it. These included: owner Callum Menzies was made bank rupt in 2011 and had only recently been discharged. Menzies told the TC he was running the business with his wife, as a partnership, despite the fact he did not have such a licence. He also failed to inform her office about the offences.
