Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

the role of dealer principal at the Mercedes-Benz truck and van dealer S&B Commercials from his father Ron Holmes.

Ron founded the Hatfield-based S&B Commercials in 1982 and will remain as chairman. His colleague, and long-term right-hand man, Nick Lambert has stood down from his role as director of sales to focus on special projects.

Daniel joined his father's business in 2004 and worked his way up through the company. Since 2008 he has been director of operations. He said: "We've set ourselves some ambitious growth targets for the next few years, but with the right management team in place, the industry's finest product range and some first-class facilities, I'm confident that we're perfectly placed to achieve our goals."

The change at the top also means there will be several people moving posts. Graham Balsom is promoted to director of sales, with Mark Robinson replacing him as van sales manager. Tony Thrower becomes director of aftersales, promoted from his previous role as group aftersales manager, and Colin Davis, a chartered accountant who joined the dealership in 2011 as financial controller, is the new director of finance.

S&B Commercials runs dealerships in Hatfield, Stansted and Thurrock. It employs 263 people and has a £100m annual turnover.
