• On 2 July, the TO will look at disciplinary action against T&M Contracts based in Wishaw.
• Beith-based Andrew Crawford will submit a variation application at a PI on 4 July. Disciplinary action against the firm will also be looked at.
• On 5 July, GBSS Civils and Plant Hire based in Bonnybridge will make a variation application.
Leeds • A PI on 2 July will consider disciplinary action against Alan Massey Transport based in Doncaster and will also look at the transport manager's repute.
• The TC is set to discuss disciplinary action against Nottingham Grab Hire at a hearing on 4July.
• Nottingham-based Tarr Metal Processors will lodge a new application at a PI on 4 July.
• RH Logistics based in Sheffield will attend a PI on 5 July when disciplinary action and the transport manager's repute will be looked at.
• Disciplinary action against Bradford-based Ruby Skip Hire will be on the agenda at a PI on 10 July.
