• ThermoKing has introduced an improved SBIII freezer unit for 26-pallet reefer trailers, the first one is currently on trial with Rockold International.
It uses R502 refrigerant. vibrates less, has faster air flow over the evaporator to give better temperature control and is said to be quieter on electric standby drive.
T-K also has new models (SD 1500/1750) for small rigids and for undennount applications. One, the UMD11, is designed for scissor-lift trucks used on aircraft service vehicles.
