Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

At the Cork Summer Show last week a number of commercial vehicles were exhibited, all with locally built bodies. The only vehicles unfamiliar to British operators, however, were the Hinos. The livestock outfit (left) is built on an HE chassis and was constructed by Tony Gray and Sons, Enfield, County Meath. The milk tank (top) was built by Irish Road Tankers of stainless steel and carries 3,200 gallons. The vehicle is a Hi no ZM301 with a 245hp engine and a six-speed gearbox. Among the British exhibits was this 24-ton A. E. C. Marshal (below) supplied by Commercial Road Vehicles Ltd, of Dundalk. The body was built by Franbo Ltd, of Cork. It is constructed of alloy in three compartments with an overall length of 21ft 6in. It has an open top with roof tilt-rails and a wire grain-hatch. The body tips and has a conveyor across the rear end with forward and reverse action. It is supplied with two flexible hosepipes and couplings.
