Stand 288 B will be the mobile display unit of the British Oxygen Co., Ltd., Caerphilly Road, Birchgrove, Cardiff. During the period of the Show, practical demonstrations of welding and other kindred operations such as flame cutting and de-rusting will be given.
A representative selection of fuelinjection equipment and electrical components for starting and lighting agricultural tractors and for other purposes, will forth the display to be staged on Stand 267 E by C.A.V., Ltd., Warple Way, Acton, London, W.3.
A full range of Lucas agricultural accessories in the form of lighting sets and magnetos for tractors: and winddriven electrical lighting plants, will be shown by Joseph Lucas and Co., Ltd. Great King Street, Birmingham (Stand 91 C).
As in previous years, F. Perkins, Ltd., Queen Street, Peterborough (Stand 69 D) will make a feature of its tractor and industrial-type oil engines.
The Quasi-Arc Co., Ltd., Bilston, Staffordshire, on Stand 289 B, during the period of the Show, will demonstrate electric welding practice, including the hard-surfacing of metal using special electrodes.
A range of instruments and equipment having specific applications to the agricultural industry, will be staged by S. Smith and Sons (England), Ltd., Cricklewood Works, London, N.W.2 on Stand 159 C.
An example of an ingenious type of sack-hoist will be demonstrated by Telehoist, Ltd., Telehoist Works, Swindon Lane, Cheltenham, on Stand 158 C. Known as the Teleloader, this device is suitable for fitting to the side or rear of a lorry. Hydraulically operated, the pump is driven from a power take-off on the vehicle. It has a lifting capacity of 3-cwt.
As makers of special cabs for tractors, Weathershields, Ltd., ' Bishop Street, Birmingham, will be featuring these components on Stand 65 F.
