Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE policy of withdrawing small vehicles and concentrating on large single-deckers and double-deckers has been amply justified by Newbury and District Motor Services, Ltd., a member of the Red and White group. There has been a notable, increase in the ratio of passengers carried to mileage run, and a reduction in the disparity between traffic on the slack and busy days of the week.

These facts were given to members of the Omnibus Society, who visited the headquarters of the company last Sunday. Among those who received the party were Mr. James A. Davies, general manager, Mr. L. F. Mercer, traiag, inspector, and Mr. F Lever.

The engineering side has been reorganized. Major overhauls for the Newbury, South Midland and Venture companies — all Red and White. associates—have been concentrated at Newbury under Mr. F. G. Taylor, area engineer.
