Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Realizing that the forthcoming Show will attract visitors from all parts of the country, the railway companies have, with their usual enterprise, made arrangements which will enable visitors to travel to the well-known northern town with the maximum of comfort and convenience. In addition to the usual daily passenger trains, special services have been run for the conveyance of exhibits of all de scriptions. It will doubtless be useful to many of our readers to indicate the nature of the special facilitieS which are being offered.

The Great Northern Railway Co. has supplemented its ordinary daily service of 38 trains, and will run a special non-stop restaurant express from London to the North on each day of the Show. This train leaves King's Cross at 9.40 a.m., and is due at Doncaster at 12.34 p.m. On Tuesday and Wednesday, the 2nd and 3rd July, tickets at. single fare and a third. available on the day of issue and the following day, and also tickets at ordinary fares, will be available by this train. A corresponding return train will leave the •• North " Dock, Doncaster, each day between Tuesday and Saturday. This special leaves Doncaster at 6.10 p.m., and is due at King's Cross at 9.12 p.m.

The Great Eastern Railway Co. has arranged through bookings from all the principal stations to Doncaster. Cheap tickets will be issued from most of the principal stations in the eastern counties during the Show. Day excursions will be run from the agricultural districts, and live stock, implements, etc. will be conveyed to and from Doncaster by special trains. The North-Eastern Railway Co. has arranged to run a special service of expresses from Bridlington to Doncaster from the 2nd to 6th

July inclusive. A comprehensive list of excursion trains has been arranged, giving bookings from all over the system. First and thirdclass contract tickets, available from 29th June to the 6th July, will be issued between Doncaster and any station within a radius of 60 miles, on a basis of five return journeys, at a single fare and an eighth, the minimum charge being 5s. first. class, and 4s. third class.

The programme of the Royal Agricultural Society contains a very complete list of the main trains running to Doncaster from different parts of the country. This time-table should prove of great value to visitors A usual piece of enterprise shown by most of the railway companies is the installation of an official representative and an inquiry office on the Show-ground, where all inquiries as to train services, etc., will be answered.
