Hobbs join NFC in 1984 from Express Dairy UK. In his new role he will manage operations at 20 dedicated distribution centres.
Cooke, who comes from Exel Logistics Temperature Controlled Services where he was operations director, will be managing operations at five dedicated distribution centres.
