• THE VEHICLE Builders and Repairers Association has appointed Pat Wilson to investigate any complaints against its 2,600 members.
The VBRA last year introduced a standards programme in conjunction with the AA. It views the appointment as a further strengthening of its commitment to ensuring members provide the highest standards of service.
Pat Wilson joins the VERA from Leeds-based Dunn and Wilson and has wide experience in the insurance, leasing and pensions industries. She is based at the VBRA's Leeds headquarters and will investigate and attempt to resolve any complaints to the satisfaction of both parties.
