• CAM COVER gaskets ( Du Pont's Vamac ethylene acrylic elastomer, now bein fitted as original equipment c Daimler-Benz diesel engine are designed to last the lifetim of the engine. On previous engines, th cam cover had to be remove each time the valve tappet needed adjustment. Each n moval destroyed the gasket place, and a new gasket had be fitted.
