Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TAN KSECURE, a device designed to protect bulk storage tanks containing fuel and other valuable liquids from theft, has been launched by Lander Alarms, the electronic alarm specialist.

The unit is fitted to the breather outlet which continuously monitors the volume of liquid and automatically initiates an alarm in the event of theft, vandalism or leakage.

It can be used to operate a bell, siren or direct dialler to a central control room.

When the alarm system is set, a differential pressure switch detects any reductions in air pressure caused by unauthorised withdrawals or leakage.

A small needle which is set on installation allows air to enter the tank to compensate for variations in tank pressure caused by changes in the ambient temperature.

The standard unit is designed to fit tanks with a storage capacity of between 900-22,000 litres (200-5,000gal) and special models are available for larger storage tanks.
