Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

TIDD STRONGBOX of Sandy, Bedfordshire has acquired Cooper Coachworks of Gamblingay, near Biggleswade, from the EPS group.

Cooper Coachworks, with a current turnover approaching Lim, established itself as a specialist body builder in box van trailer, portable accommodation units and custom-made exhibition and display units. All three spheres of operation will continue as individual trading areas, and continue to be run under the Cooper name with existing staff.

Tidd will now also use the facilities at Cooper's premises for all its existing and future body repair work, leaving the Tidd factories at Sandy and Biggleswade to concentrate on new trailer and rigid bodywork construction.
