WILSON double-deck trailers of Perivale, Middlesex is about to produce a 100cum (3,531cult) semi-trailer which, while using normal 10 ton axles, offers 30 per cent more capacity and 70 per cent more floor space within the dimensions of a conventional semitrailer.

The semi-trailer offers full working headroom of 51t Sin on two levels served by a one-ton platform tail lift which doubles as a watertight door for the upper floor.
