.1-3. A NEW range of battery-operated trucks has been introduced by Wessex Industries (Poole), Ltd., West Street, Poole, Dorset. Known as the Wrigley range, the new electric vehicles have a capacity of 25 cwt. and are powered by the newly developed E.600 power unit with a single front-drive wheel. All the controls, which.cambe arranged for rider or pedestrian use, are placed for easy operation. Forward or reverse speed can be selected from a small independent switch on the steering column.
