Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

SOME time ago, in connection with the national defence movement, Crossley Motors, Ltd., formed a local defence volunteer corps. It is attached to the company's works at Gorton, Manchester, and is now over 100 strong, all the members being exService men. It is under the command of Major S. E. Crooke, M.C. An excellent rifle range on the works premises has been provided for shooting practice.

It is interesting to note that the largo A.R.P. organization formed by Crossley Motors, Ltd., is also mainly manned by ex-Service men.
