Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE ADMINISTRATORS of collapsed construction company Rok will sell off the irm’s truck and van leet.

Some 10 trucks, seven trailers and 40 vans belonging to Rok, which entered administration on 11 November 2010, will be auctioned off by Thainstone Specialist Auctions on 28 January.

The auctioneers have been instructed by administrator PricewaterhouseCoopers to conduct the sale, which will take place in Inverurie, Aberdeen.

The mixed leet includes Scania lorries and Mercedes-Benz vans.

A statement of affairs sent to creditors on 23 December 2010 says preferential creditors are owed £465,592 and nonpreferential claimants, including a number of haulage-related irms, £52.3m.

At that date, the administrator said it was unlikely there would be funds available for any creditors.
