RIVERS ARE asked to be on look out for a three-axle Scania Ictor with a cloned registration ite — FN52GBY. The truck, Lich has a red body and a white assis with one of the bumper lights out, has been involved in a number of high-value thefts in the North. The vehicle which legitimately holds this registration is based in Bristol.
